Client example - ADA Redevelopment, Kandos

Ben Suttor Plumbing was chosen as the plumbers for the redevelopment of A.D.A. in Kandos. ADA is a community based aged & disabled care facility.

Paintrite Building Services from Dubbo were the main contractors for the job, with Ben Suttor Plumbing working with them as the only local tradesmen chosen for the tender.

The redevelopment consisted of a brand new building, adjacent to the existing facility. The new building consisted of 19 individual rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms; kitchen facilities, laundry, solar hot water system, brand new fire hydrant and water connections & upgrades. The project took over 12 months to complete and is now fully utilised by tenants.
